Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Secretary’s Report: Moved, seconded, and voted to approve the minutes for the August 2023 board meeting as written. Treasurer’s Report: For September 2023, the opening balance was $407,671.42 and the closing balance was $419,336.69. This represents a increase from the opening balance of $11,665.27. As of the end of September, we had $40,542.66 in our operating checking account, and $378.794.03 in reserve accounts.
