February, 2026 Minutes

Victoria Village Atrium Association Board of Directors’ Meeting February 9, 2026 Board members present: Sarah Wise, president; Larry Sagstetter, vice president; Paxton Chase, treasurer; Jill Griffith, secretary; Margie St. Jacques, member at large. Also present: Mike Severson, building manager. Please note there is a new area for Reminders (Section IX). Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Secretary’s Report: Moved, seconded, and voted to approve the minutes for the January 2026 board meeting as revised. Treasurer’s Report:  For January 2026, the opening balance was $208,163.21, and the closing balance was $214,340.39. This represents an increase from the opening balance of $6,177.18. As of the end of January, we had $34,220.25 in our operating checking account, and $135,429.52 in reserve accounts. Victoria Village Atrium Association Board of Directors’ Meeting January 12, 2026 Board members present: Sarah Wise, president; Larry Sagstetter, vice president; Paxton Chase, treasurer; Jill Griffith, secretary; Margie St. Jacques, member at large. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:33 p.m. Secretary’s Report: Moved, seconded, and voted to approve the minutes for the November 2025 board meeting as written. Treasurer’s Report:  For December 2025, the opening balance was $194,841.63, and the closing balance was $208,163.21. This represents an increase from the opening balance of $13,321.58. As of the end of December, we had $37,190.93 in our operating checking account, and $126,186.66 in reserve accounts. Victoria Village Atrium Association 2025 Annual Meeting Monday, December 8, 2025 Board Members Present: Sarah Wise, president; Larry Sagstetter, vice president; Margie St. Jacques, treasurer; Jill Griffith, secretary; Ann McNattin, member at large. Also present: Mike Severson, building manager. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:30PM. Determination of Quorum: Mike Severson from Keller Properties reported that there were thirty owners present (one voting owner per unit), which met the Bylaws requirement of twelve voting members for a quorum. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:28 p.m. Secretary’s Report: Moved, seconded, and voted to approve the minutes for the October 2025 board meeting as written. Treasurer’s Report:  For October 2025, the opening balance was $168,503.56, and the closing balance was $175,091.33. This represents an increase from the opening balance of $6,587.77. As of the end of October, we had $24,807.21 in our operating checking account, and $106,889.85 in reserve accounts.
