Victoria Village Atrium Association Board of Directors’ Meeting October 13, 2025 Board members present: Sarah Wise, president; Larry Sagstetter, vice president; Margie St. Jacques, treasurer; Jill Griffith, secretary; Ann McNattin, member at large. 9 homeowners were present. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Secretary’s Report: Moved, seconded, and voted to approve the minutes for the September 2025 board meeting as written. Treasurer’s Report: For September 2025, the opening balance was $153,531.18, and the closing balance was $168,503.56. This represents an increase from the opening balance of $14,972.38.
